Deposit and Payments

To reserve your space on the REEF Field Course, please complete the application form. To secure your space after program acceptance, the following deposit schedule applies:

  • A $200 deposit is due within two weeks of program acceptance
  • The remaining course fee ($745) must be paid in full by April 4th 
*The deposit amount must be paid in full to reserve your space

 Cancellations

If your plans change and you need to cancel your space, the following cancellation schedule applies:

Cancelling before April 4th: 

Full refund minus $200 processing fee. 

Cancelling after April 4th:

No refunds available.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing. 

No refunds will be issued for unused portions of any dive travel package (including by not limited to ground transportation, dives, etc.) 

REEF Field Courses require a minimum number of participants. Field Courses are subject to cancellation if the minimum requirement is not met. In the event of a cancellation, tuition will be refunded. REEF and/or any of our travel booking partners are not responsible for airline tickets purchased for travel to a REEF Field Course. 

Travel Insurance

REEF strongly recommends that each REEF Field Course participant carry adequate dive and/or travel insurance to protect themselves in advance against any unforeseen circumstances that may occur with travel. Any liabilities for trip interruptions, cancellations, or general travel disputes will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Pricing

All prices quoted are per person, based on dormitory style accomodations and 6 days of 2-tank dive trips. Prices do not include airfare or meals. REEF is not able to book air travel.

Liability Form

All trip participants must submit a signed REEF Liability Form to REEF Headquarters prior to the trip.
