2024 Arts & Science Festival Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the REEF's second annual Arts & Science Festival on April 27, 2024. We are excited to host the event again this year at the REEF Campus in Key Largo, FL.

Local non-profits, conservation, and environmental-minded artisanal vendors are invited to participate in the festival. All booths will be FREE, but we ask that you please plan to have a hands-on activity or demonstration prepared for the festival.

Due to the location and increased attendance expectancy, limited spaces are available, so please fill out the application form below as soon as possible. Once we receive your submission, we will review all applicants and select those who fit with the mission goals for the festival. We will send you a final confirmation email within 30 days of the event.

*All vendors will be required to bring their own tent and tables for the event. Chairs can be provided to anyone who needs them.
