We're making waves in marine conservation! Since our first 5K in 2020, 1,597 participants from 45 states and 12 countries have taken part in REEF’s Fish Out of Water Virtual 5K. Whether you ran, walked, biked, or hiked, thank you for getting active to support marine conservation.
Together, we've completed more than 7,985 kilometers or 4,961 miles.
Your time and effort participating in the Fish Out of Water 5K helps build a better world today and for future generations. Your 5K registration fee goes directly towards the REEF Oceans for All Fund, which provides ocean science programs for underserved communities and those with financial need. Together, we've raised over $60,000 through the event. Thank you for making it more accessible for young people to build connections with the oceans!

The Fish Out of Water Virtual 5K coincides with World Oceans Day (June 8) each year. We hope you'll join us for this annual event to celebrate our oceans.
