pufferfish crop circles?

You Tube and some "science" websites have recently posted pictures and video of crop circles supposedly created by a male pufferfish in search of a mate. They say he creates it with his tail and "decorates" it with shells, etc. Can this be true?
Not sure!
I've been seeing these same posts in various places showing the 'crop circles' and wondered the same thing. Would be interesting to get Ned DeLoach's opinion about the truth of these. I am skeptical, to say the least...but ya never know!
