Looks like either Boga or Bonnetmouth. Both species are share close resemblence, but can be seperated by the distance between the dorsal fins: In Boga the 1st and 2nd dorsal fins are connected and in Bonnetmouth the two fins are seperated.

They do look similar- bogas are more likely to have the clearly multiple stripes and are much more common.
Interestingly, genetic analyses have shown that bogas are just a very sleek grunt- they fall right in the middle of Haemulon, the grunt genus, and have recently been moved into the grunts.
