the pipefish is likely shortfin, the batfish is Polkadot, i.e. Ogcocephalus cubifrons- the large shallow water species in Florida. The shortnose has been recorded a couple times in Florida, but is a more Caribbean species and should not have prominent spots on the pectoral fins. Other species that can occur in Florida are typically smaller and deeper.
