It's most likely the damselfish Beaugregory. It would be helpful to know where the photo was taken just to make sure the range is correct.

Yes, still going with the Beaugregory. It is very similar to Cocoa Damselfish, but the Beaugregory is more common and the lines on the scales are not as distinct.
