High-hat or cubbyu

I feel pretty certain this is a high-hat, but it looks very similar to a cubbyu. Am I right? What are the important distinctions?

Tuesday, February 22, 2011, Snapper Ledge, buoy SL1, Key Largo, Florida, 27 feet, about 70 degrees Fahrenheit bottom temperature.

I am 99.9% sure is a Highhat.

I see lots of cubbyus in my local waters and this is definitely not one of them. I agree that it's a Highhat. Nice colors in your photo.
