Hi, I was snorkeling last week and saw this black fish with bright neon blue dots on it. I can't seem to find anything on it,  and I wasn't the only person who saw it but I did get a picture.  The entire fish looks black, and it has these bright neon blue spots that seemed to glow. It was neat looking, but about the time I saw it and thought to take a picture it was disappearing into the coral.  Any ideas?  This was taken at Half Moon Cay.
