I think you may be mistaking this organization for another discussion board from one of the many home aquarium hobby websites.  REEF provides information on marine life identification and coordinates the collection of marine population data collection with sport divers and snorkelers.   You are likely to get a better response if you re-post your questions elsewhere.  Good luck!
